Adv. Itumeleng Moeletsi Profile

 Adv. Itumeleng Moeletsi is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, governance advisor and founder of BIM Legal Advisory Services, a corporate governance, commercial litigation and institutional risk advisory platform. Her work sits at the intersection of commercial litigation, governance, legal risk, institutional accountability, dispute strategy and business decision making, with experience spanning technology, fintech, payments and professional services sectors.
 Adv. Moeletsi regularly speaks on topics including commercial litigation readiness, governance failures, director duties, board accountability, legal risk, dispute strategy, entrepreneurship, leadership, resilience, professional development and the evolving role of law in institutional accountability.
