Moeletsi works closely with attorneys, businesses, boards, executives and institutional stakeholders in developing litigation ready matters, strengthening evidentiary positioning, structuring legal argument and advising on defensible dispute pathways aligned with commercial and governance realities.

Her experience spans technology, fintech, payments, software and professional services environments, including Deloitte South Africa, IoT.nxt and iVeri Payment Technologies, where she gained exposure to complex contracting, governance,compliance, regulatory frameworks, privacy, internal controls, enterprise legal risk and stakeholder sensitive matters.

Alongside her advocacy practice, she is the founder of BIM Legal Advisory Servicesand the strategic lead behind BIM Solutions Group, a specialist advisory platformfocused on corporate governance, regulatory risk, commercial dispute strategy andinstitutional accountability. Her professional trajectory is intentionally aligned withcomplex commercial advocacy, quasi judicial and tribunal work, institutional legalstrategy, legal thought leadership and policy contribution in governance andcorporate accountability.
